Institutional Scholarships

College of the Southwest provides both institutional and external scholarships to assist students with funding the costs of attending college. All full-time, degree seeking undergraduate students are eligible to receive financial aid. Many students receive some type of scholarship.

  Academic Scholarships

First full time degree seeking, undergraduate, based on academic performance 

  Completion of the admission process and completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  Athletic Scholarships - Baseball, Men and Women's Soccer, Men and Women's Golf, Men and Women's Track/Cross Country, Softball, Men and Women's Basketball.

Determined by the coach and participation in the program.  

  Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  Program Scholarships - Debate, Music Ministry, SIFE, and Theatre.

  Determined by the program director and participation in the program.

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Interview and presentation may be required.   

External Scholarships

If you are interested in seeking external scholarships that are offered through Southwest please print the Scholarship Application by clicking here. You will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in addition to the Scholarship Application.
